The 2025 NYN Judges Cup, taking place from November 21–23, 2025,
in West Seneca, NY! ​
We're thrilled to be back at this venue for another fantastic weekend of gymnastics. We are seeking volunteers to help ensure the success of this event, and you will earn CPE volunteer credit for your contributions. ​Keep an eye out for more information -

​Reminder Judges
The 2026 National Judges Cup will be held in Anaheim, CA, from January 2-4, 2026. To be eligible for selection to attend the NJC, board members and NAWGJ-NYN members must submit their names to the board by September 1, 2025. Please note that attendance at the clinic is not required be included in the drawing. Make sure to mark your calendars and submit your names on time!

2025/2026 Season Compliance Requirements

The 2025/2026 season has officially begun! To be eligible for assignments, please ensure all the following
compliance steps are completed on time and your records are up to date.

✅ Required Actions & Deadlines

CPE Compliance (2024/2025 Season)

Submit to Alicia Goode by June 30, 2025.

USAG Membership Renewal
-
Must be renewed by July 31, 2025.

Background Check
-
Must be renewed by July 31, 2025, if needed.

Background checks are valid for 2 years.

SafeSport Compliance
-
Must be completed by July 31, 2025.

Depending on your status, you may be required to complete:

The full course, or
-
The refresher course.

Once completed and you receive the green light from USAG, be sure to upload the information to your Gym Jas profile.
